We offer several fitness programs designed to help you reach your goals. Each class is carefully crafted to provide a challenging and intense workout, set to great music. Try ONE or try them all.

R1DE

There’s only ONE SK1LL. In our 45-minute signature R1DE class, move to the rhythm and get lost in the beat of the music to challenge both the mind and the body. R1DE is a total body workout developed to build strength and endurance with our 3 C’s: Cardio, Choreography and Conditioning (toning). Each class is a high energy, high intensity experience with a unique playlist crafted to motivate and challenge you with every pedal stroke. We R1DE as ONE and get better together.

R1DE challenges with hills, jogs, sprints, and intervals. All standard classes contain choreography. Most of the class is conducted out of the saddle. At least one track is dedicated to arms with hand weights to sculpt the upper body. Cycle shoes are required. Our bikes are SPD and LOOK Delta Cleat compatible. Don’t own a pair of shoes? We will have a pair of shoes reserved for you at the front desk at no additional charge.

OTHER OFFERINGS:

R1DE Express

The 30-minute Express version of our signature R1DE class. Get the same powerful, high intesity workout with our 3 C’s: Cardio, Choreography and Conditioning (toning). This class does not contain a track for upper body sculpting (no arms).

R1DE 60 (Power Hour)

The 60-minute version of our signature R1DE class. In this intense workout, you will experience our 3 C’s: Cardio, Choreography and Conditioning (toning). This class will contain at least one song dedicated to upper body sculpting. Additional upper body tracks may be incororated into a class.

Get ready to experience the challenge of this 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, crafted to enhance strength, cardiovascular fitness, improve agility and tone the muscles. This heart-pumping session integrates weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to achieve a total body workout.

SK1LL BU1LD

This class is a high energy workout that is fun for all fitness levels. This class contains interval work and is a total body workout backed by a killer soundtrack! In this class, you will utilize bodyweight in addition to weights and resistance bands to strengthen and tone.  To supplement the strength component, you will improve your range of motion - lengthen and strengthen your muscles with a mobility portion in each session.

This 45-minute weight lifting class is designed to enhance muscle endurance and build overall strength. In this intense workout, you will focus on engaging all of your major muscle groups. While beat-driven, this class offers a straightforward, effective approach to working out minus any fancy dance moves —just pure hard work and dedication to get the job done. 

Mat Pilates

SK1LLATES

This class is our 45-minute non-traditional take on a mat Pilates class and focuses on the core to strengthen and tone and improve balance and mobility.  This low impact, high-intensity workout uses bodyweight and incorporates the use of light dumbbells, Pilates balls, resistance bands and other props to target specific muscle groups to create a total body burn!  Great for all fitness levels as modifications are offered throughout the class. Class will involve practice in bare feet or with grip socks.

This 45-minute class is our signature SKILLATES workout with options to incorporate light to medium weights to strengthen and tone.

SK1LLATES + Yoga

In this 45-minute class, you will experience our signature SKILLATES practice fused with a Vinyasa flow to build strength and heat as you focus on improvement of flexibility and breathwork.
